I'm currently partnering with a well-established and growing Building Control Consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Registered Building Inspector to support their expanding workload across the Essex region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RBI who wants more autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to a strong pipeline of quality projects without being overloaded with unrealistic caseloads.
The Opportunity:
You'll be joining a highly respected Building Control team delivering Building Regulation compliance across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The business has continued to grow despite wider market uncertainty and can offer genuine long-term stability, career progression, and flexibility.
Ideal Background:
- Registered Building Inspector – Class 2F preferred (higher classes also of interest)
- Experience within either Local Authority or Private Approved Inspector / RBCA environments
- Strong technical understanding of UK Building Regulations & compliance processes
- Comfortable managing your own inspections and client relationships
