Overview
We are seeking Electrical Engineers and qualified Electrical Trade Operatives to support a growing pipeline of works across multiple UK sites. Due to increasing demand and project extensions, we require flexible, deployable resource ranging from labour support through to fully qualified electrical professionals who can operate across repair, rebuild, and assessment projects. Projects can vary in scope and duration, and candidates must be adaptable, commercially aware, and comfortable working as part of a mobile, site-based workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Support site teams across a range of activities including repair, rebuild, assessment, and general site works
- Carry out electrical installation, testing, inspection, and fault-finding (where qualified)
- Assist with manual handling, lifting, and carrying where required due to workload volume
- Work closely with site leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and timely delivery
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Be available to mobilise at short notice where possible
Essential Qualifications & Certifications
- CCNSG and/or CSCS
- Relevant electrical qualifications aligned to role level
- Fully compliant with industry standards and right-to-work checks
Experience
- Background in industrial and/or construction environments
- Experience on site-based projects
- Solar / renewable energy experience highly desirable but not essential
- Open to candidates across a range of skill levels, from entry-level site operatives to experienced engineers
Location & Travel
- Ideally based in or around the M4 / M5 corridor
- Willing and able to travel to project sites as required
- Some candidates may already be active on nearby projects
