We are seeking a Lead Electrical Supervisor for a major 2-year school redevelopment and new-build project in Eastbourne. This is a long-term local opportunity beginning with critical works over the summer period.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record of delivering complex educational projects and managing site compliance.
Key Requirements:- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, AM2, and 18th Edition.
- Cards: ECS Gold Card or Black Manager Card.
- Safety: SSSTS or SMSTS (First Aid & Asbestos Awareness preferred).
- Technical: Expertise in Inspection & Testing (2391), Fire Alarms, BMS, and Temporary Power.
- Compliance: Must have prior school project experience and hold (or be eligible for) an Enhanced DBS check.
Project Scope: A mix of high-spec new-build facilities and sensitive refurbishments. You will be responsible for overseeing team output, RAMS management, and ensuring all works meet Department for Education standards.
