This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative leader to play a key role in shaping service delivery, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring strong governance, financial management, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Corporate Services and Governance function.
Deliver agreed service strategies and objectives in line with annual business and financial plans.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partner organisations.
Collaborate across departments to maximise service effectiveness and organisational performance.
Manage the Corporate Services budget, ensuring effective financial control, value for money, and compliance with budgetary limits.
Lead, manage, and develop teams through effective communication, performance management, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Promote a positive working environment that prioritises the health, safety, and wellbeing of employees and stakeholders.
Ensure robust business continuity plans are maintained and regularly reviewed.
