I’m currently working with an established Building Control provider who are looking to appoint a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2F preferred) to join their team across the Essex region. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business supporting Building Regulation compliance across a range of residential and commercial projects, with flexibility around hybrid working and workload.
Key Requirements:
- Registered with the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) – ideally Class 2F
- Experience within Building Control (Local Authority or Approved Inspector)
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to manage inspections across a range of project types
