Job Purpose
To lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact fostering recruitment drives, community pop-ups, and marketing campaigns across the region to hit ambitious foster carer recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Coordination: Lead the end-to-end logistics, staffing, and execution of regional recruitment drives, information evenings, and community events.
- Lead Conversion: Manage the regional "front door" enquiry pipeline, ensuring prospects met at events are nurtured from initial interest to formal application.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyse KPI and campaign data to measure event ROI and target high-yield geographic areas and demographics.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with local businesses, community leaders, and third-sector organisations to secure high-footfall event venues.
- Team Leadership: Direct line management and motivation of the events and marketing team to maintain high-energy public representation.
- Budget & Assets: Manage the event budget and oversee the creation of engaging recruitment toolkits and promotional materials.
