West & East Midlands Region | Flexible Workload | Full Administrative Support | Outside IR35

I'm currently working with an established Housing Disrepair and Expert Witness practice that is looking to expand its panel of contract/freelance surveyors across the West & East Midlands.

This opportunity would suit experienced MRICS Building Surveyors with experience in Housing Disrepair, residential surveying and/or Expert Witness work who are looking to undertake additional instructions within their local area.

The client provides a comprehensive support structure, allowing surveyors to focus on inspections and technical reporting rather than administration.

  • General administration throughout the lifecycle of the instruction

This allows surveyors to focus on carrying out inspections and producing reports.

  • Expert Witness experience advantageous but not essential
  • Strong report writing ability
  • Ability to undertake inspections within your local area
