We are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the Operations function. This role is to work within the MFG area, with management responsibility for Line Leaders and Operatives.

JOB TITLE: Shift Manager

DEPARTMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Business Unit Manager

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Line/Cell Leaders, Operatives

MAIN PURPOSE:

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of production Line/Cell Leaders and staff ensuring Labour and work is allocated in order to gain maximum efficiencies. To improve and contribute to continuous improvement of plant, process and people through data gathering, analysis and production of action plans.

Essential:

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern. 7am-3pm, 3pm to 11pm rotating week on week.
