Main Purpose: The New Business Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, targeting, securing, and onboarding new B2B customers that align with the company’s strategic objectives. The role focuses on building a high‑quality pipeline, converting prospects into profitable new contracts, and leading early‑stage customer development before handing over to the wider commercial team for ongoing management. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to ensure new opportunities progress efficiently from concept to contract.

  • New Business Development: Build, qualify, and manage a rolling pipeline of new business opportunities in line with commercial strategy.
