English Path is a rapidly growing international language school delivering immersive English language programmes across the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced EFL Teachers to join our Young Learner Summer Programme in London. This is an exciting opportunity to teach international students in a vibrant, multicultural environment where learning takes place both inside and outside the classroom through project-based learning and cultural experiences.

About the Role:

As an EFL Teacher – Young Learners, you will deliver engaging English language lessons to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. You will follow the English Path syllabus while creating dynamic lessons that encourage communication, collaboration and cultural exploration. You will help ensure students have an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience, supporting their language development while contributing to the wider summer programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the English Path syllabus
  • Ensure learning outcomes are achieved through effective teaching and assessment
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
  • Use a variety of teaching techniques suitable for multilingual classrooms
  • Support the development of teaching materials where required
  • Participate in teacher meetings and professional development sessions (CPD)
  • Support the academic team with placement testing and assessments
  • Contribute positively to the student experience and wider programme

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • CELTA / CertTESOL (or equivalent recognised TEFL qualification)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • Experience teaching English as a Foreign Language
  • Strong understanding of ELT methodology in multilingual classrooms
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Organised and professional approach to lesson planning and reporting

Desirable:

  • Experience teaching young learners or teenagers
  • CELTYL or other young learner teaching qualification
  • DELTA / DipTESOL or higher TEFL qualification
  • Experience teaching in summer schools or international language schools
  • Experience using classroom technology or digital learning tools
