About the Role:
English Path is looking for a conscientious, organised and hands-on Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of global digital marketing campaigns and cross-functional marketing projects. The successful candidate will support campaigns across English Path’s global campuses and international markets. They will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with Sales, CRM, Content, Creative, Technology, Admissions and regional teams.
Please Note: This role is based fully On-site and can be based in the following locations: London, Malta, Manchester or Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across global markets, driving lead generation and improving campaign performance.
- Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support student recruitment, events and sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, ManyChat and Zoho to improve efficiency and lead nurturing.
- Coordinate digital marketing projects across Marketing, Sales, CRM, Technology and regional teams, ensuring successful delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and CRM reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign planning, content creation, reporting, research and process automation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives across multiple campuses, markets and audiences.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, streamline processes and support business growth.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Moderate to advanced hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Experience building, managing and optimising lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads campaign structure, keywords, bidding, targeting and conversion measurement.
- Experience managing projects, tasks, deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Practical experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
- Strong prompt-writing and AI-instruction skills.
- Ability to review and improve AI-generated outputs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Confidence working independently while following approval processes.
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience with Meta Ads.
- Experience using Zapier, ManyChat or similar automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns or Zoho Forms.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager or Looker Studio.
- Experience with email marketing or CRM segmentation.
- Experience working in international education, travel or another multi-location organisation.
- Experience supporting multilingual or multi-market campaigns.
- Fluency in an additional language.
- Relevant Google Ads, analytics, project management or AI certifications.
