Salary: £18,785.48-£19,381.72 Actual Salary (FTE £24,796-£25,583pa)

Grade: Band 2 (Points 3-5)

• Provide one‑on‑one and group support to students.
• Foster confidence and independence in learners.
• Collaborate with teachers to create an inclusive environment.
