What You’ll Do:
- Supporting the setup of rehearsal spaces, equipment, music stands and technical resources
- Provide support for music concerts and school productions
- Help maintain and manage our musical instruments, equipment and technology, arranging repairs where required
- Coordinate with our Head of Music and Peripatetic Teachers for timetabling one-to-one lessons and small group sessions
- Help shape the musical life of the school by supporting whole school events
- Prepare and organise sheet music for rehearsals and performances
- Manage and develop our extensive music library and catalogue of scores
- General administration work as directed by the Head of Music and teachers
- Support the department with timetabling of lessons and registration of students to those lessons
- Fostering confidence and independence in learners
- Collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive environment for all students who wish to enhance or build on their music skills
