We’re looking for a salesperson to join our Direct Sales Team! Your main tasks would include selling EC courses in all our fabulous locations, delivering a wow customer service, hitting weekly sales targets and being knowledgeable about your respective sales region as well as the EC product.

Key Responsibilities

  • To meet and exceed individual targets and KPI’s
  • To help customers to choose the right EC product meeting their requirements by adopting a consultative approach to selling
  • To cross sell and upsell at every opportunity
  • To be knowledgeable of the EC product offering and that of competitors
  • To adhere to the CRM etiquette
  • To work closely with the marketing team on online or in-market campaigns

Education Required

  • Post‑secondary level
  • Fluency in English and Italian

Experience Required

  • Sales/customer service experience

Experience Desired

  • Language travel industry experience
  • Any other languages would be considered an asset
