Position Summary: The Business Tutor will deliver engaging and interactive workshops to students, focusing on key business concepts and practical skills. The role requires strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire learners to develop their understanding of business principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality workshops and lessons in line with the curriculum.
- Facilitate learning on the following topics:
- Business Models and Case Studies
- Branding and Website Design
- Competitor and Market Research
- Financial Planning
- Presentation Skills
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Teaching qualification or experience in delivering workshops/training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of business principles and practical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Experience Desired:
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching business-related subjects.
- Previous experience working with minors in an educational or training setting.
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of different ages and backgrounds.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong classroom management skills and safeguarding awareness.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability to support individual learning needs.
- Understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.
Working Hours: 42 hours per week
Remuneration: Gross weekly pay: Up To £699.45 (Basic weekly pay £624.12 + Holiday pay £75.33) depending on qualification. FREE Full board residential accommodation included.
Staff uniform: All staff are required to wear the designated company uniform while on duty. Employees must ensure that the uniform is worn properly, maintained in a clean and presentable condition, and always adheres to the company’s dress code standards.
Disclosure and Barring Service: If you do not have a valid Enhanced DBS and are not subscribed to the DBS update service, we will need to apply for a new Enhanced DBS for you. Please confirm this at the time of application.
