About the Role: As a YouTube Content Creator Intern, you’ll be an essential part of our team, contributing to exciting video projects while building your skills. Here’s what you’ll be working on: Video Production: Create 1 long-form video and 2 shorts per week on topics related to English language and literature. Creative Scripting: Write scripts, develop video concepts, and bring them to life with your editing skills. Design & Optimization: Create thumbnails for videos, optimize content for SEO, and publish it on YouTube. Research & Content Strategy: Conduct research on assigned topics and help shape content that resonates with our audience. Analytics & Improvement: Track video performance using YouTube Analytics and apply insights to refine and improve future videos. Collaboration: Work closely with the team, contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, and be open to feedback to enhance the content. What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for someone with a passion for video creation, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: A strong desire to learn and explore new challenges in digital content creation. Comfort and confidence on camera, with the ability to present engaging content. Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar. High proficiency in English (native or near-native level). Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
