About the Role:
As a YouTube Content Creator Intern, you’ll be an essential part of our team, contributing to exciting video projects while building your skills. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Video Production: Create 1 long-form video and 2 shorts per week on topics related to English language and literature.
• Creative Scripting: Write scripts, develop video concepts, and bring them to life with your editing skills.
• Design & Optimization: Create thumbnails for videos, optimize content for SEO, and publish it on YouTube.
• Research & Content Strategy: Conduct research on assigned topics and help shape content that resonates with our audience.
• Analytics & Improvement: Track video performance using YouTube Analytics and apply insights to refine and improve future videos.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team, contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, and be open to feedback to enhance the content.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for someone with a passion for video creation, a creative mindset, and a willingness to learn. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• A strong desire to learn and explore new challenges in digital content creation.
• Comfort and confidence on camera, with the ability to present engaging content.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• High proficiency in English (native or near-native level).
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
