We are looking for a Supporter Journey Manager to join our team. The role is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 12 months. You’ll be working 36 hours per week.

The Role

As Supporter Journey Manager, you will play a key role in developing data-driven campaigns that enhance the Supporter Journey at English Heritage. Your focus will be on maximising engagement opportunities and creating a seamless, insight-led experience for our supporters.

You will work closely with the Senior Member & Supporter Journey Manager to shape, implement, and manage an effective CRM programme, ensuring a cohesive and engaging journey for our supporters. Collaborating with the CRM & Data Analytics Team, you will craft detailed data briefs, monitor campaign effectiveness, and produce in-depth reports to refine and optimize future strategies.

Additionally, you will partner with internal stakeholders across various business streams to develop integrated campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with agencies and third-party suppliers to ensure successful campaign delivery.

This is a great opportunity for someone with:

  • Strong project management skills, able to co-ordinate multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience in content development
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

To be considered for the role of Supporter Journey Manager, you should have proven experience in:

  • Campaign management, with a focus on both print and digital marketing
  • Consumer marketing communications, including content development and audience engagement
  • Working with CMS platforms, email broadcast tools, and web analytics to optimise campaign performance
  • Using email service providers, preferably Dotdigital or similar platforms, to manage and enhance email marketing efforts
