We are looking for a Member and Supporter Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week.

(Fixed Term contract, 12 month Maternity Cover, to start January 2026)

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days a week in our Swindon office and the remainder from home.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced campaigns manager with a passion for heritage and marketing to deliver high-profile supporter and membership campaigns. You\’ll play a central role in bringing our membership and supporter experience to life – managing flagship projects such as the Annual Appeal, Members\’ Week and Discounted Partner Attractions portfolio, as well as marketing for legacies and other supporter activities.

As Member and Supporter Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will lead the delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns that inspire members and supporters, drive income and engagement, and grow loyalty.

  • You will: Project manage and deliver large-scale campaigns including the Annual Appeal and Members\’ Week, ensuring campaigns are insight-driven, on time and within budget.
  • Manage supporter marketing activity including legacies, Discounted Partner Attractions, fundraising projects and ad hoc member initiatives, working with colleagues and agencies to deliver compelling campaigns.

You will also:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to deliver campaigns effectively.
  • Oversee budgets, reporting and campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

To be considered as a Member and Supporter Marketing Campaigns Manager, you\’ll need:

  • Campaign management experience across both print and digital channels.
  • Proven experience in consumer marketing communications.
  • Knowledge and experience of CMS, email broadcast tools and web analytics.
  • Experience delivering direct mail campaigns, ideally in the heritage or fundraising sector.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
