Salary: From £53,322 per annum (depending on location) / full or part time / permanent

We are looking for a Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Manager to join our team. The role can be full-time or part-time, this can be discussed at interview.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Communication: Share our EDI vision, strategy, and plan across the whole organisation.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with and influence senior leaders to help them understand the part they play in the agenda.
  3. Work with the Head of OD & EDI to shape how we engage with, involve and support our people.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Project/Programme Management: Experience of leading people-focused and EDI projects.
  2. Strategic Management: Experience of advising on or setting strategic direction for EDI.
  3. Leadership and Influence: Expertise in building, leading, and developing successful teams.
  4. Business Benefits: Business case development experience.
  5. Learning and Development: Experience in designing and delivering impactful EDI training.

Interviews will be held w/c 24th March 2025 on Microsoft Teams.
