Job details

  • Salary: Combined Grade 5 (starting point 11) and Grade 2 (starting point 2)
  • Hours: 19 hours on Grade 5 and 6.25 hours on Grade 2
  • Contract type: Fixed term until 31/08/2027
  • Reporting to: Executive Headteacher
  • Location: English Bicknor C of E Primary School in the first instance. This is an appointment to the Trust and you could be required to work in any school in the Trust
  • Start Date: 1st September 2026

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in their learning journey. We expect you to:

  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support children’s social and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
