Overview

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is recruiting a Office Manager on behalf of a growing business in Englefield Green. This hands-on role oversees stock control, administration, finance processes and logistics, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Office based, Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administration and support the admin team
  • Process orders, invoices, purchase orders and payments
  • Use CRM, inventory and finance systems (e.g. Zoho, Xero)
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipping and import/export documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouses and internal teams
  • Support marketing activity and HR administration as required

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, administration or office management
  • Strong stock control and finance administration knowledge
  • Confident systems user (CRM, inventory, accounting software)
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to multitask
  • Strong communication and team coordination skills
