PURPOSE The overall purpose of this role is to assist the England Men’s Operations Managers and the Head of Operations – International Cricket with accommodation, transportation, hospitality and ticketing provisions for the England Men’s Team during the home season and overseas tours and incoming Men’s touring teams during the home season. The successful candidate will have exceptional administrative and IT skills and be able to demonstrate substantial project coordination experience as the role includes supporting the Director, Men’s International Cricket Operations, Operations Managers and other colleagues with support as required including budget management and England Player contract documentation.

YOU’LL BE DOING
- Liaising with Team hotels to providing rooming lists and requirements for England Men’s and International Teams during the home season.
- Assisting Operations Managers with hospitality and ticketing arrangements for the England Men’s Team home international programme.
- Assisting Operations Managers with preparations for the home season as directed, e.g. accreditation and liaison officer administration.
- Assisting Operations Managers with domestic and international flight requirements for the England Men’s Team, liaising with ECB’s travel agent in providing passenger lists and requirements for the England Men’s Team as directed.
- Assisting Operations Managers with accommodation, travel requirements and visa applications for the England Men’s Team overseas tours.
- Arranging pre/post tour travel for players and management to and from the airport, and ad hoc travel requirements when necessary.
- Arranging ad hoc meeting room bookings, accommodation and travel requirements as required.
- Providing administrative support to the Operations Managers and with the preparations and arrangements for incoming Men’s touring teams.
- Providing administrative support to the Director – England Men’s Cricket Operations for the production of player contract documentation.
- Raising purchase orders, checking and processing supplier invoices.
- Ensuring personal details for players and staff are accurately maintained, including passport details, passport copies, contact details and addresses.
- Subject to workload, undertaking additional duties that may arise from time to time as directed by the Operations Managers and the Director – England Men’s Cricket Operations.
YOU’LL HAVE
- A proven ability to be able to communicate clearly and effectively – both in writing and orally.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- A team player and collaborative approach to the achievement of the department’s objectives.
- Good all-round IT skills.
- Experience working in an elite sporting environment would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of cricket would be beneficial.
