Our mission is to inspire children through sport, encouraging active lifestyles, teamwork, and personal development. *Role Overview* We are seeking a proactive, organised and relationship-driven *Club Manager* to oversee our growing programme of before and after school clubs. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our school partnerships, ensuring the smooth running of club schedules, growing engagement through parent communications, and driving growth in club numbers. During school holidays, the Club Manager will coordinate and oversee our holiday camp operations, including staff scheduling, recruitment, and ensuring all Ofsted requirements are met. *Key ResponsibilitiesTerm-Time Responsibilities:* * Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with partner schools * Manage club schedules and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality sessions * Communicate with parents via newsletters and updates to encourage enrolment and engagement * Monitor attendance and work to grow numbers through proactive outreach * Assist with staff training, development, and scheduling of coaching teams * Support new school onboarding and identify opportunities to expand activities in existing schools * Act as a point of contact for operational queries or last-minute issues, stepping in when required *Holiday Period Responsibilities:* * Plan and manage holiday camp schedules, including staffing and programme delivery * Recruit and interview coaches for holiday shifts * Ensure all holiday camp operations meet Ofsted requirements and health & safety standards * Be available to resolve staffing or operational issues at short notice *Ideal Candidate Profile* *Essential Skills & Attributes:* * Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail * Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills * Confident communicator β both written and verbal * Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to last-minute needs * Comfortable using digital tools for scheduling, communication and reporting * Team player who can work independently when needed *Desirable Experience:* * Experience in childcare, coaching, or school-related programmes * Understanding of Ofsted requirements and safeguarding policies * Prior experience managing or coordinating multiple sites or programmes * Familiarity with scheduling software and email newsletter tools Job Type: Part-time Pay: Β£12.21-Β£18.31 per hour Expected hours: 30 per week Schedule: * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Work Location: In person
