An opportunity has arisen for a Stadium Events Coordinator to join our Venue team on a 3-month fixed term contract, playing an important role in supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of match days for the Nations Championship 2026 at Allianz Stadium. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced event environment, and enjoys working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to help deliver exceptional event-day experiences.

The Stadium Events Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Stadium Events Team by assisting with the planning, operation and administration for all match days of the Nations Championship 2026 at Allianz Stadium. This role forms part of the Stadium Events Team delivering all operational aspects of major events within Allianz Stadium.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the Stadium Events Team with managing access requests and parking for match day, as well as build and de-rig periods, for all relevant suppliers, contractors and commercial partners.
  • Assist the Stadium Events Team with all administration of the West Fan Village build and de-rig.
  • Coordinate and oversee matchday accreditation requirements for West Fan Village activations and the relevant sports presentation agency for the event.
  • Train internal and external stakeholders on how to use the accreditation portal and support them through the process from registration to distribution for specific stakeholders.
  • Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with client group leaders, partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Stadium Events Team with financial administration, including raising Purchase Order numbers for events.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of the current strategic, business and operational plans.
  • Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of our culture and core values – This Rose Means Everyone: Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other.
  • Undertake other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation.
