An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to join Twickenham Experience Ltd. (TEL), supporting the delivery of creative, high-impact campaigns that showcase our non-match-day events at Allianz Stadium. This role will play an important part in bringing our brand to life across digital channels, creating engaging content and helping to drive audience growth, revenue and customer engagement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Marketing Campaigns Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of innovative and results-driven marketing campaigns that promote Twickenham Experience Ltd’s (TEL) non-match-day events offerings via Allianz Stadium channels. This role focuses on creating compelling content, managing digital channels, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms to drive engagement, revenue, and customer satisfaction. It requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong creative and analytical skills who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to TEL’s growth. There may be some requirement to support on match day hospitality and stadium campaigns, with an ad hoc requirement to work evenings and weekends.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to promote conferences and venue hire and non-match day ticketed experiences, ensuring alignment with TEL’s strategic objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Maintain and update the Allianz Stadium website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimised. Monitor third-party web presence and track ROI quarterly.
  • Content Creation & Social Media: Support the development of photography and video briefs, coordinate shoots, and maintain TEL’s media library. Capture and curate content at events for use across marketing channels and social media, working closely with the Marketing Manager (TEL) to ensure timely, engaging posts and consistent brand representation.
  • Storytelling & Copywriting: Identify compelling stories from across the venue and wider TEL operations, transforming them into engaging written content for use across digital, PR, and marketing channels to enhance brand narrative and audience engagement.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and review regular email campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Data Management: Drive data capture and maintain accurate client data in compliance with GDPR and internal standards.
  • Brand Management: Ensure Allianz Stadium brand integrity across all marketing materials and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Supplier Liaison: Work closely with external suppliers and partners to ensure services are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report on competitor activity to inform marketing strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Design Support: Assist with design requirements for TEL sales and operations teams, including menus, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance and assist in reporting against KPIs to ensure marketing activities deliver measurable results.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
