Allianz Stadium is the Home of England Rugby, the headquarters of the Rugby Football Union and one of the foremost sports and concert venues across the UK and Europe. The stadium has a spectator capacity of 82,000 and the site includes a hotel, leisure club, conference and banqueting facilities, a Rugby Store and office accommodation, all of which makes the stadium a 365-day-a-year business.

We are looking for people to join our SIA Incident Response Team to provide exceptional service and assistance to all patrons who attend Allianz Stadium on an event day, and play a key role in the case of an emergency.

Specific Requirements that apply to all Stewards:
  • To attend a minimum of 80% events per season.
  • New stewards must undertake the Stadium Steward Induction.
  • To complete all mandatory training.
  • Follow all instructions delivered by Supervisors and Managers.
  • To be deployed as required within the Stadium.
  • Remain on post until post-match checks and sweep have been completed and instructed to stand down by the supervisor or manager.
General Responsibilities:
  • Provide and maintain a friendly and proactive service to all guests.
  • Arrive at the venue as directed to allow time for you to sign on, lunch to be taken, equipment items to be distributed and briefings attended.
  • Attend Briefing with your Supervisor.
  • Remain in your designated area at all times unless redeployed by your supervisor.
  • Undertake all tasks as requested by your supervisor.
  • Comply with the Stadium dress code.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STEWARD HANDBOOK:
  • Do not eat, drink or smoke in public areas.
  • Do not consume alcohol or take illegal substances before or during an event.
  • Do not use obscene or offensive language or gestures.

Ensure that all issues and incidents that occur during the event are communicated fully to your Supervisor and, where necessary, an Incident Report form or a steward feedback form completed and submitted to the Resourcing Manager. Ensure your SIA Door Supervision license is current and on your person. Update the staffing system with your license number and renew date when applicable. Have an understanding of the ground rules and licensing requirements of the stadium.

Required for the Role:
  • Must have a Level 2 in Spectator Safety or working towards it.
  • Must have a current SIA door Supervision license as a minimum.
  • Safety, Security and Customer service focused.
Emergency Role:
  • Assist in the safe evacuation of your area of responsibility.
Dress Code:

Jacket or tabard (as issued), black trousers, black shoes/boots, white shirt and tie.
