A different game plan for fundraising, nationally. Through our four-year strategy - Plan 2030: More than a Game - we’re changing how the community game is funded and supported, so it has what it needs to thrive long into the future.
To help make that happen, we’re creating new Regional Growth Partnership Boards, each led by independent Chairs and local leaders. To support them, we’re also recruiting a National Fundraising Manager, who will work closely with our new Regional Fundraising Managers.
The National role is about creating the right foundations for fundraising, setting the bar on how we approach and create opportunities for investment, and collectively work together across all regions to ensure community rugby thrives. It’s also to support the Regional Fundraising Managers so they have the tools and confidence to make an impact locally.
So, if you’re a team player, have a background in strategic fundraising, partnerships or sales, or work in the public/social impact space - we’d love to hear from you! Join us and help us shape the future of rugby.
