The NXT Roses programme plays a pivotal role in this ambition by bridging the gap between domestic performance and senior international netball, preparing athletes for the demands of the Roses environment.

England Netball is seeking an NXT Roses Technical Coach who is passionate about developing emerging athletes and who is committed to continually developing their own coaching practice within a high‑performance environment. The purpose of the NXT Roses programme is to prepare and develop England's high‑potential U23 athletes for the demands of senior international netball.

The NXT Roses Technical Coach will provide specialist technical and tactical expertise that supports the development of future international athletes. Through targeted positional coaching, technical refinement and specialist input, the role will strengthen athlete capability, increase positional depth and contribute to the long‑term success of the England pathway.
