Great Britain Hockey is looking for a Team Manager to keep our next generation of Olympic hopefuls running smoothly, on and off the pitch.
The role
You'll lead all things 'off pitch' at international tournaments and training camps, from travel, kit and accommodation to floats and dietary needs. You'll be the go-to person for athletes, coaches and tournament officials, and (ideally) run the bench and substitutions on match day. It's about creating an environment where young athletes can perform at their best.
You'll bring
- Calm, tact and a can-do attitude under pressure
- Sharp organisation and an eye for detail
- A real commitment to welfare and safeguarding
- Experience in international or high-level team sport, ideally with some hockey knowledge (bench management experience would be a big plus)
