Leighton Buzzard Hockey Club is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious coach to lead the development of our Men's/Open 1st and 2nd teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a club during a pivotal period, with a proud history and a clear vision for the future. The 1st XI currently compete in South Central Division 3 North, with the 2nd XI playing in South Central Division 6 North. With clear ambitions for progression across both squads, supported by a thriving youth section producing talented players ready for senior hockey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance and support our ambition for progression.
- Deliver engaging and progressive training sessions for both squads.
- Support the transition of youth players into senior performance hockey.
- Help build a strong, positive, and competitive team culture.
