The predicted salary is between 24000 - 42000 £ per year.
The Club is looking for passionate, talented coaches to join us and help us on our journey. We have ambitions to grow the club and are about to commence construction of a new clubhouse alongside our own pitch.
What we need:
- Men's & Women's Teams at performance and club level
- Juniors from U8s to U18s
- Junior Coaching Camps - our membership has indicated an appetite for school holiday coaching camps. Our intention is to develop this area of provision through this coming Summer & School half term.
How we will support you:
- Coaches are remunerated according to qualifications and experience;
- Support is in place to enable coaches to develop; our coaches are encouraged to participate in coaching courses which the Club will help finance;
- Mentoring - a developing area and our intention is to have a model of support in place for September 2025.
About us:
- 14 adult teams plus a variety of vets teams;
- Circa. 375 juniors with a view to increasing this number year on year;
- Men's 1s are in London Premier, Women's 1s are in SE Premier with all other teams playing in London or the SE.
Our ambitions include:
- To reach National League Conference within the next two years;
- To grow the Club's membership in both Adult & Junior sections;
- To continue to be regarded as an inclusive club through our outreach and ongoing initiatives.
