Coaches Bromley & Beckenham HC Ladies Head Coach Bromley and Beckenham HC, Beckenham, London About the Role Bromley & Beckenham HC is seeking an experienced individual to become our next Ladies Head Coach. The Ladies 1st XI squad is currently in a growth phase with the goal of returning quickly to the National League after a strong season in the South East Premier League. The coach will play a key role in developing the squad and supporting our club\’s broader development strategy. Our girls\’ junior section is robust, with over 170 members from U6 to U18, and we have strong ties to local girls\’ secondary schools, offering significant potential to expand our talent pool. Responsibilities Ensure high performance of the Ladies 1st XI team. Support the Ladies 2nd team and assist in developing high-performance juniors. Deliver engaging training sessions for both teams, incorporating fresh ideas and performance analysis. Attend all home games and travel to away games with the team. Contribute to mid-week Junior Performance Academy sessions and Sunday training programs, with flexible attendance. Work collaboratively with a well-established team and assist in recruitment efforts. Qualifications & Remuneration Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. First Aid qualification and DBS checks preferred.
