Horley Hockey Club are looking for an enthusiastic Coach for the 25/26 season and beyond. Our focus as a club is simple, making sure everyone enjoys their hockey. We play near Gatwick, at either Copthorne Prep/Worth School and our Clubhouse is based in Horley. All our adult teams play in South East England (Oaks).

About the Role

We are looking for a Coach to lead our M1/M2 training sessions. You will plan and deliver sessions and work alongside the team captains to provide input into selection. Our training programme takes place on Monday or Tuesday evening. We are open to a Player Coach and Match Day coaching. £25-30 per hour subject to experience.

About you

You must be passionate about coaching and wanting to help people get better at hockey! We are very open minded towards who should be our next coach – for the season just gone we had a great coach who had only ever coached juniors before and was coaching his first adult team ever at the age of 20. If a player coach arrangement is of interest, we would expect the individual to significantly improve the team. We are open to a conversation as to a basic package, but it would be focussed on reimbursement of travel costs.
