The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Your mission is to provide high-level support to senior executives (C-level) while managing the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating strong team spirit, enthusiasm, and dedication. You will be involved in calendar management, admin support, guest relations, office management, and a range of related activities critical to supporting leadership and business operations.

What you’ll do:

  • Efficiently manage the C-Suite complex calendars, prioritising and coordinating meetings, events, and daily activities while reporting directly to the CEO.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, company meetings, and industry events.
  • Prepare, collate, and distribute agendas and accompanying documents for various meetings.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including drafting and preparing emails, letters, and formal documentation, managing correspondence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange and manage all aspects of business travels, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, visa arrangements, etc.
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment including front of house service, catering, and general workplace administration.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, including scheduling and coordinating team-wide activities.
  • Event management, working with the Social Committee contributing to initiatives spanning the organisation, including team off sites.
  • Provide financial administrative support, including reconciling corporate credit cards, processing invoices, and supporting expense management in line with company procedures.

  • Experience supporting senior executives (C-level) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with executives with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proven professionalism in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong prioritisation and relationship building skills.
