Join our growing marketing team and help shape the way Enginuity communicates with employers, learners and stakeholders across the engineering and manufacturing sector. This is a varied and creative role where you’ll have the chance to work across campaigns, content, events and communications, helping to bring the Enginuity brand to life in a clear, engaging and impactful way.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will support the delivery of marketing activity across Enginuity, helping to shape and enhance the organisation’s marketing strategy through creative ideas and effective execution. The role covers the full marketing lifecycle and will involve working across content creation, communications, campaigns and small-scale events. You will produce high quality content for a variety of channels including websites, newsletters, CRM email campaigns, webinars, collateral and events. This includes creating and updating website content, writing press releases, campaign materials and newsletters as well as creating and designing assets across digital, print and social channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement to support both commercial and charitable initiatives across Enginuity.

You’ll help plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, communication plans and support events that promote Enginuity’s activities, strategic priorities and projects, while also supporting engagement across networks, communities and initiatives such as the Enginuity Alliance and wider specialist interest groups. Working closely with colleagues across the Charity and wider business, you’ll ensure marketing activity is communicated effectively and delivers maximum impact both internally and externally. The role also involves championing the Enginuity brand and making sure brand guidelines are reflected consistently across all outputs. You’ll support internal communications, help deliver activity on time and within budget, and contribute to building strong engagement with stakeholders and audiences.

About you

You’ll have experience in a similar marketing role and be confident creating engaging written content for a range of audiences and platforms. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build positive working relationships across different teams and levels of the organisation. You’ll be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects and campaigns in a fast‑paced environment, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach. Experience using CRM or marketing automation systems to support targeted communications and improve engagement will be important, as will confidence using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. We’re looking for someone with good influencing and problem‑solving skills, sound judgement and a professional approach to confidentiality and communication. A CIM Level 4 Marketing qualification, or equivalent marketing qualifications, are expected, alongside experience of delivering marketing and communications activity that increases engagement and advocacy. Experience working in organisations with multiple stakeholder groups would be beneficial, particularly within the engineering and manufacturing, education and skills sectors or charity. An interest in, or understanding of, the engineering and manufacturing landscape would also be an advantage.
