ENGin pairs English‑fluent volunteers from around the world with Ukrainian learners for weekly online conversation practice. Participants are matched 1‑on‑1 based on preferences, interests, and availability to ensure an effective and mutually enjoyable communication experience. Since launching in 2020, ENGin has connected over 26,000 Ukrainians with over 24,000 volunteers and 99% of our learners report breaking the language barrier after three months of participation. We screen every learner and volunteer to ensure their fit for the program and provide training and orientation.

Responsibilities
