We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator to support a national supermarket brand. This role is responsible for managing the movement of relief vehicles between sites, coordinating repairs logistics, and optimising fleet utilisation across the network.
- Manage and control a spare pool fleet of approximately 60-100 vehicles
- Coordinate the movement of relief vehicles between store locations and operational sites
- Arrange and track vehicle movements to and from local repair facilities
- Proactively contact stores to optimise fleet utilisation and availability
- Maintain accurate, real-time updates on fleet status and movements
- Very urgent (time-bound requests)
