We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator to support a national supermarket brand. This role is responsible for managing the movement of relief vehicles between sites, coordinating repairs logistics, and optimising fleet utilisation across the network.

  • Manage and control a spare pool fleet of approximately 60-100 vehicles
  • Coordinate the movement of relief vehicles between store locations and operational sites
  • Arrange and track vehicle movements to and from local repair facilities
  • Proactively contact stores to optimise fleet utilisation and availability
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates on fleet status and movements
  • Very urgent (time-bound requests)
  • Same-day delivery
  • Next-day delivery
  • Analyse fleet data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and utilisation
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
  • Experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations (preferred)
