  • Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the local go-to person for providing market insights and local input to cross-functional teams, including Comms, Product, BD, and Marketing. Coordinate the execution of market-specific initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Country Data Ownership: Monitor key country health KPIs and alert the appropriate teams in the event of significant changes (e.g., DAU, Contributions). Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop action plans accordingly.

  • 7+ years of experience in user growth, community growth, product operations, or country expansion, with a demonstrated track record of executing growth programs at scale.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, strong execution skills and an ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
  • A strong blend of operational, growth, data, and community/content expertise.
  • Experience building communities and/or growing a user base through on-the-ground initiatives.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with proficiency in Excel modeling, working knowledge of SQL, and experience creating scalable processes and automations.
