Monzo is seeking a dedicated localisation QA professional to help run and continually improve our QA processes for in-language product experiences.
You’ll collaborate with Editors, Testers, Product and Engineering teams to ensure translations are reviewed efficiently in the live product and scale QA as we expand into new markets.
You’ll create reusable test cases and playbooks, triage localisation issues, and support feature teams with localisation context, coverage, and edge-case reviews.
