We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Wayve’s London locations.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all things workplace — keeping things running smoothly, creating an exceptional environment for the team, and helping scale our local presence.
This is a hands‑on, people‑facing role where no two days are the same.
You’ll work closelywith our global Workplace, IT, and People teams to ensure our London office(s) runs efficiently, reflects our culture, and supports our fast‑moving team.
- What You’ll Do
- Office Operations
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the London office, ensuring a safe, efficient and welcoming workplace.
- Manage the Reception team, including day-to-day leadership, performance, scheduling, development and maintaining consistently high service standards.
- Ensure the office is clean, organised, fully stocked and presented to an exceptional standard at all times.
- Manage office supplies, refreshments, stationery and workplace consumables.
- Coordinate deliveries, post, courier services and general office logistics.
- Liaise with building management, cleaning teams and external suppliers to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Meeting Rooms & Hospitality
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully prepared and presented for internal meetings, executive sessions and customer visits.
- Coordinate catering, room set-up and hospitality for meetings and events.
- Deliver a seamless visitor experience from arrival through to departure.
- Support leadership meetings and customer engagements by ensuring spaces are always ready.
- Events & Workplace Experience
- Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations and social activities that help build our culture.
- Support company events including All Hands, team meetings and other workplace initiatives.
- Work closely with the wider Workplace team to deliver an engaging and welcoming office environment.
- Be a visible, approachable and trusted point of contact for colleagues.
- Facilities & Supplier Management
- Coordinate contractors and service providers carrying out work within the office.
- Raise and track maintenance requests through to completion.
- Support workplace improvement projects and office moves where required.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistently high service standards.
- Health & Safety
- Support compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Complete routine workplace inspections and safety checks.
- Assist with fire safety, first aid arrangements and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain workplace records and report or mandate any issues as appropriate.
- General Administration
- Support onboarding by preparing desks, lockers, access passes and welcome items.
- Manage office access, lockers and workplace resources.
- Maintain workplace documentation and records.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Workplace team as required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience managing a busy office, ideally within a fast‑paced technology or scaling business.
- Experience leading or supervising a Reception or Front of House team.
