Our Growth Team

As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you’ll deliver the future of how people first experience Monzo and start their journey with us.

This is a rare opportunity to shape one of Monzo’s most strategically important product areas, leading teams to build high-velocity, customer-centric experiences that scale our top-of-funnel momentum.

You’ll own a key area within our core Growth domain, which we’ve defined as: how we land, onboard, and engage people from their very first interaction.

For our team, this means optimising the entire sign-up experience, removing activation friction, designing seamless new user journeys, and building powerful referral loops that turn everyday banking utility into organic network effects.

You’ll set the vision, craft a high-signal strategy, and create the experimentation engine that turns ambition into reality.

We’re looking for someone who pairs an analyst's data rigour with exceptional product craft, thrives in high-velocity execution, and can inspire teams to deliver amazing customer outcomes.

You’ll play a key role by...

  • Lead the charge: build a product vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively: you get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.
  • Collaborate seamlessly: partner with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams across Monzo to create a strategy and deliver.
  • Deliver impact: define, deliver and measure the impact of the customer-focused experiences you create.
  • We’d love to hear from you if…
  • You are an experienced growth product manager, and have led high-performing teams to ship world-class products at a fast growing company.
  • You have a track record of leading consumer growth efforts that drive significant top of funnel value for customers and scaling for the business.
  • You're exceptionally data-driven and commercial, with a high bar for rapid experimentation.

You have a track record of collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments
