As a Partner Solutions Engineer (EMEA), you’ll play a critical role in expanding the impact of our partner ecosystem. You’ll serve as the primary technical advisor across all of our partner categories including: Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Cloud Partners, OEM partners, and Resellers across the EMEA region, enabling them to build, sell, and deliver exceptional experiences powered by Algolia. This role combines technical consulting, partner enablement, solution validation, and relationship management. You’ll work closely with Partner Managers, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and the global Partner Solutions Engineering team to help partners become trusted experts on the Algolia platform. While reporting into the global Solutions Engineering team, this role is dedicated to our Global Partner Team which covers our partners in EMEA, AMER, LATAM and APAC. This is a chance to join a mature Partner Team which has delivered consistent results and value to the business for the past 5 years.
What You’ll Do:
- Enable and Empower Partners
- Deliver technical onboarding and enablement programs for SI, ISV, and Cloud partners.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners throughout their lifecycle with Algolia.
- Provide ongoing technical guidance and best practices to ensure partners successfully implement and innovate using Algolia solutions.
- Develop scalable enablement materials, workshops, demos, and technical documentation for our partners.
- Drive Technical Excellence Across the Partner Ecosystem
- Evaluate, validate, and certify partner-built accelerators, integrations, and solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner solutions align with platform best practices.
- Bring partner insight to Product and Engineering teams through our Partner Advisory Board or other mechanism.
- Monitor the health and quality of partner technical assets and recommend improvements over time.
- Evangelize New Capabilities
- Become an expert on new Algolia features and product releases.
- Translate technical capabilities into compelling business value for both technical and executive audiences.
- Prepare partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell new Algolia capabilities.
- Deliver engaging technical demonstrations, webinars, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Support Partner-Led Sales Opportunities
- Provide presales technical expertise for opportunities coming from our partners.
- Assist partners with architecture discussions, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical discovery.
- Partner with Sales and Partner Managers to help accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Build Strategic Relationships
- Develop trusted relationships with technical leaders and solution architects at strategic partners.
