Our Phone Shop colleague rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour; this increases to £14.08 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It's our policy to offer new colleagues in Tesco Mobile a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours each week. We will schedule your hours within these times and give you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your availability closely matches but isn’t exact to the advertised times, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Deliver a great shopping experience, follow opening and closing routines, ensure facilities are in good order, and respond to customer feedback.
- Maintain a professional appearance, be ready to serve, and role model high standards of dress and service.
- Follow all legal and safety routines, demonstrate due diligence, and support stock management routines.
