Our Tesco colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may vary by location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling within the availability windows, and will give 3 weeks\' notice for shifts.
