Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies. Additional payments may also depend on location.

We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling and support work-life balance. The table indicates preferred availability times, and shifts are scheduled within these periods with 3 weeks’ notice. We welcome close matches to these times even if not exact.
