Availability Window:

1. Sun: 09:00 – 17:00
2. Wed: 15:00 – 23:00
3. Thu: 16:00 – 23:00
4. Sat: 15:00 – 23:00

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It\’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you\’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12), we have opportunities for this too.

Responsibilities:

• Know your customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services within your store.
• Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas where required.
• Implement training to work safely and effectively.
• Make decisions that meet customer needs.
• Participate in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Understand store performance and contribute to service and sales goals.
• Handle products with care.
• Live our values and follow policies.
• Accept deliveries into the store as required.

You will need:

• A passion for delivering great service.
• The ability to build rapport with customers.
• Initiative and decision-making skills.
• Teamwork and open communication skills.
• Reliability and presentation as a brand ambassador.
