2. Tue: 06:00 – 12:15
3. Fri: 06:00 – 12:15
4. Sat: 06:00 – 12:15

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

It\’s our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but if you\’d like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.

Responsibilities

• Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride.
• Being passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
• Working across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
• Putting into practice the training received to work safely and effectively.
• Making decisions that are right for customers and delivering routines that meet their needs.
• Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events.
• Handling products with care to maintain quality.
• Living our values and making everyone feel welcome.
• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Requirements
