Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location. It's our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you'd like to work fewer hours (minimum 12), we have opportunities for this too. We are flexible and would love to hear from you. We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but not exactly, please let us know.

- Carrying out clean as you go routines and keeping aisles clear.
- Working in a tidy, organized manner, following storage plans.
- Replenishing products, ensuring stock is visible and accessible.
- Completing stock routines accurately and on time.
- Picking online customer orders accurately and maintaining product quality.
